About
All Power Books is a bookstore, community space, and mutual aid hub for all walks of life.
Workshops, lectures, co-working, and a space for aligned organizations to hold events, are some of the ways that the greater LA community has utilized All Power Books. Mutual aid is provided via a free store with pantry goods, hygiene items, and other essentials, as well as a weekly grocery distribution - no questions or ID needed. Music performances, poetry and literature readings, creative markets are also enjoyed at All Power.
Relationship
All Power Books was one of the first organizations I helped when I moved to Los Angeles in 2021. Sprouting from grocery distributions, I met so many wonderful folks, made deep friendships and continued my volunteer work through event organizing with the team.
